The workshop
Are you longing to meet for real, beyond masks, roles, and performance? Do you walk around with a feeling of holding everything together on your own, longing for a space where you can simply land, relax, and be received exactly as you are?
Welcome to the Seen, Held, Heard program.
This is not a course about performing more or learning new theories. It is a three-month, safe, and alive arena for those who want to practice relating from a regulated nervous system, deepen the connection with their own body, and experience the power of being genuinely seen, heard, and held.
How the Program is Structured
We walk together for three months in an intimate, closed group where safety, consent, and voluntariness are the foundation of everything we do.
Two digital sessions per month (online via Zoom). We meet in the circle from the comfort of your own home, every other Monday from 19:00 to 21:00. We check in with whatever is alive, practice meeting honestly, receive coaching, and get tools to use in our daily lives. These are our supportive digital spaces where we stay connected and integrate our experiences continuously.
Three physical workshops (one per month in Stockholm). Once a month, we step into the physical space together. Me and my team of fantastic assistants create workshops with three distinct themes (seen, held, and heard) that invite embodied encounters. Deepening our experience through conscious touch, movement, and relational exercises where truth is allowed to find its very own pace. These workshops are also open to the public, but as a program participant, you pay nothing extra.
Our Focus: The Encounter with Yourself, and the Other
When we feel safe and genuinely supported, something beautiful happens: the body relaxes, and our natural life force finds space to flow. Over these three months, we explore:
Emotional Regulation. Building the capacity to be with what is, in deep contact with your own bodily signals.
Boundaries and Attunement. Feeling your own yes and no, and being able to receive others' boundaries with love. This is the key to true freedom in relationships.
Presence and Life Energy. Awakening the body through breath, eye contact, and conscious presence so you can step into your own body with pride.
Honest Encounters. Going beyond the polished facade and daring to show your raw, vulnerable truth, because that is what allows others to do the same.
This is for You Who...
Want to transition from midlife disconnection or a feeling of emptiness to rooted personal power and presence.
Long for a community, a tribe, where you are not judged, fixed, or corrected, but simply mirrored in what is.
Want to give your body and nervous system the slowness and care needed for the truth to awaken.
No performance. No pressure. Everything is an invitation. In this space, consent and self-trust are at the core of everything we do. You only share what you want to, and you participate entirely on your own terms.
This is a brave space where you are welcome to grow.
Do you want to take your own steps, at your own pace, together with us? Book a discovery call here bellow so we can feel into it together.
